用途 Application

　　自动上料机主要应用于合金刀片研磨后的脱脂工序，此设备可以实现按工艺要求将MANZ盘小车内的MANZ盘(装满产品)自动装上脱脂机的工装上，送至脱脂机内，脱脂结束后，将工装内的MANZ盘取出放置小车内，以此循环取放MANZ盘，当小车内的MANZ盘全部脱脂结束或脱脂产量溢出后，此时设备会安全的暂停机器并灯光和蜂鸣报警告知人工干预。

The automatic feeding machine is mainly used in the degreasing process after the grinding of the alloy blade. This equipment can realize the automatic installation of the MANZ disk (full of products) in the MANZ disk trolley on the degreasing machine according to the process requirements, and send it to the degreasing machine.
